Transitioning to Managed Labor
Whether it’s direct or temp labor that you’re transitioning to managed labor, we know that change can be scary so we make sure to put our focus, time and energy into making the transition go well.
LACOSTA’s experienced and dedicated transition team takes the uncertainty out of changing service providers. We believe that the key to a smooth transition is clear delineation and communication to the employees. LACOSTA creates and maintains a flexible and comprehensive transition schedule and checklist that begins 30-60 days prior to our first day of service.
Prior to any transition plan being created, LACOSTA takes the time to understand your organization, your needs, and your expectations and then we train our employees on the processes necessary to meet those needs in order to insure we exceed expectations. During this time we will be diligently preparing our workforce, site-specific processes, and apply standard operating procedures. A detailed week-by-week transition checklist will be customized and provided with progress notes to you every week, ensuring we meet your needs in a successful and seamless transition.
